The Sitting Room Garden
We firmly believe in the importance of the ingredients that go into both our food and drinks. We grow, barter and forage for as much as we can. This means our menus change and adapt to the seasons and once it’s gone it’s gone till next year.
We grow fresh fruit, veg and herbs. We collect wild garlic, wild elderflower and soft fruits.
All our meat - grass-fed beef and organic pork comes from the finest local butchers and our baked goods are lovingly made daily in small batches.
